Design Overview
In this project, I designed this new two-floor headquarters for a leading real estate company, with a clear directive to create a space that seamlessly blends functionality with luxury.
The final design features a refined material palette, sophisticated lighting schemes, and spatial zoning that ensures both privacy and connectivity across departments.
Executive offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones were styled with understated elegance, while breakout areas and lounges offer warmth and comfort for informal interactions. Every detail from furniture selection to circulation flow was curated to reflect the company’s prestige and foster a healthy, inspiring atmosphere for its team.
The result is a headquarters that not only meets operational demands but also embodies the brand’s identity through a luxurious and thoughtfully executed design
